What the audit is measured against
- WCAG 2.2 A/AA mapped
- Nielsen heuristics
- EAA / ADA risk flagged
- 5-day turnaround
A 25-section report, not a scanner printout
Every section is written against what we actually found on your site — the Checkout chapter is included when you sell online, so most reports run 24 or 25. Scores are calculated the same way every time, so a re-audit after your fixes is directly comparable.

Plus the Fix Guide — written for the person paying, not the person coding
A companion PDF that takes every finding and says it again in plain English: what is wrong, why it costs you, what "fixed" looks like, and roughly how much work it is. You can hand it to any developer — ours or yours — and they will know exactly what to do.

Accessibility stopped being optional
The European Accessibility Act has applied since 28 June 2025. It covers a defined set of consumer-facing products and services sold in the EU — e-commerce, banking, transport, telecoms, e-books — and it reaches businesses outside Europe that sell into it.
In the United States, website accessibility claims under the ADA have been filed in the thousands every year for the better part of a decade, and the volume has kept climbing. Most of them cite the same handful of failures: unlabelled form fields, images without alternative text, contrast below threshold, and controls a keyboard cannot reach.
Those are exactly the failures an audit finds — and they are usually cheap to fix once someone has written down where they are.
We report technical findings against published criteria. We are not a law firm and the report is not legal advice.
Selling into the EU
If EU consumers can buy from you, the EAA is worth checking against — regardless of where your company is registered.
Selling into the US
ADA claims target the same recurring failures. A documented audit and a dated remediation plan are the first things anyone asks you for.
Selling anywhere
Every accessibility failure is also a usability failure. Fixing them makes the site work better for everyone who was already trying to buy.
