Who We Are

Plutinos Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Plutinos", "we", "us") is a digital agency based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, providing UI/UX design, graphic design, digital marketing, and web & app development services. For any privacy question, write to info@plutinos.in.

Information We Collect

This website has no user accounts and collects personal information only when you choose to submit it through our contact form:

• Name and email address (required)
• Phone number, company or brand name, service of interest, and approximate budget (optional)
• The message you write about your project

We do not collect payment information through this website.

How Enquiries Are Delivered

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form relay service, and may additionally be logged to a private Google Sheet operated by us via Google Apps Script. These processors handle your submission in accordance with their own privacy policies. If delivery fails, the form may open your own email application instead, in which case your message is sent directly by you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate with you about potential or ongoing work. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Cookies & Analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load, as described in Google’s privacy policy.

Payment Information

When you pay for a service, the transaction is handled by Razorpay Software Private Limited on their own systems. We never see, receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

What reaches us is the information you enter on the payment page — name, email address, phone number, company and the website to be audited — together with a payment reference and confirmation of whether the payment succeeded. We use these to deliver your engagement, issue receipts, and meet accounting and tax obligations.

Razorpay processes your payment data under their own privacy policy and applicable payment regulations.

Information We Collect During an Engagement

Delivering an audit means handling material about your business as well as about you:

• Your questionnaire answers — business goals, target audience, priority pages, competitors.
• Public content from your website — pages, headings, images and screenshots retrieved by our crawler.
• Test credentials, where you supply them so a checkout or logged-in area can be reviewed.

We ask for read-only access and never request administrator credentials. Credentials you give us are used only for the agreed testing, are not shared, and should be revoked by you once the engagement ends — we will remind you.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of third parties to run the site and deliver engagements. Each receives only what its function requires:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• FormSubmit.co — delivering form submissions to our inbox.
• Google — Workspace and Sheets for enquiry records, Analytics via Tag Manager, and Fonts.
• Anthropic — during an audit, page content and screenshots from your site are sent to Anthropic’s API so that the written analysis in your report can be drafted. Findings and scores are calculated by our own software, not by the model.
• Our hosting provider — serving this website.

If you would rather your site was not processed by an AI provider, tell us before the engagement begins and we will produce your report without that step.

How Long We Keep Engagement Records

Reports and the data behind them are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that a re-audit can be compared against the original. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your engagement data at any time, subject to those obligations.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records. You may request deletion of your enquiry data at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by writing to info@plutinos.in. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable organisational safeguards to enquiry data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Pages on this site link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, and Dribbble. Those platforms operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
