About Our Services

This website describes the design, marketing, and development services offered by Plutinos Technologies Pvt Ltd. Content on this site is provided for general information. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, or statement of work signed by both parties, which prevails over anything on this site.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form is an invitation to discuss a project and does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either side. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

Intellectual Property

The Plutinos Technologies name, logo, and the content and design of this website are owned by Plutinos Technologies Pvt Ltd. Portfolio items are shown to illustrate the nature of our work. You may not reproduce or reuse site content or branding without our prior written permission. Ownership of deliverables produced for clients is defined in each client agreement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the contact form, attempting to disrupt the site, or scraping it for bulk data collection.

Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Service descriptions, process details, and other content may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plutinos Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from client engagements is addressed in the applicable client agreement.

Paid Services, Pricing and Payment

Some services are sold directly through this website. Prices shown on the service pages are in Indian Rupees and are payable in full before work begins, unless a written proposal says otherwise. Applicable taxes are charged in addition where required by law.

Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never receive or store your card details — see our privacy policy. Your contract for the service itself is with Plutinos Technologies Pvt Ltd.

We may decline or refund an order — for example where the site cannot be audited, or where the work requested falls outside what was purchased.

Delivery and What We Need From You

Turnaround times are stated on the relevant service page and in our delivery policy. For the UX & Accessibility Audit, the delivery window begins when your completed kickoff questionnaire reaches us, not when payment is made.

Delivering the work depends on you providing, promptly and accurately:

• the website address to be audited;
• test credentials and a test order path where a checkout or logged-in area is in scope;
• your answers to the kickoff questionnaire.

Where we are waiting on any of these, the delivery window pauses. We will tell you at the time rather than let a deadline pass quietly. You confirm you are authorised to permit testing of any website you ask us to audit.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation rights and refund terms are set out in full in our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Audit Findings Are Not Legal Advice

Our audits report technical findings measured against published criteria — WCAG 2.2 success criteria, Nielsen’s usability heuristics and Core Web Vitals thresholds. Where we flag exposure under the European Accessibility Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other regime, we are identifying risk areas against those published criteria.

We are not a law firm and our reports are not legal advice, a legal opinion, or a certification of compliance. No audit can guarantee that a website is compliant, or that a claim will not be brought. For a legal position, consult a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction.

Automated testing detects only a portion of accessibility issues. Our reports combine automated checks with human review and state what was tested and what was not; findings describe the site as it was at the time of testing.

Client Confidentiality

Material you give us for an engagement — site access, analytics, commercial context — is used only to deliver that engagement. We do not publish a client’s report or name it in marketing without written permission. We will sign an NDA on request, and offer one before being asked on engagements where it is obviously warranted.

Third-Party Services

The contact form relies on FormSubmit.co for delivery, and fonts are served by Google Fonts. Links to external platforms are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
