We deliver digital services, not physical goods. Here is what arrives, and when.

Nothing is shipped
Plutinos Technologies delivers professional services and digital documents. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no courier is involved.
Everything below describes how and when your deliverables reach you.
What you receive
- Free snapshot — a one-page PDF: your homepage score, the top three issues and one quick win.
- Standard audit — the 25-section audit report and the plain-English fix guide, both as PDFs.
- Deep Dive — the same, plus a 20-minute recorded video teardown and a 60-minute findings call with your team.
When it arrives
- Free snapshot — within 24 hours of your request, and always within one business day.
- Standard audit — within 5 business days.
- Deep Dive — within 5 business days, with the findings call scheduled separately at your convenience.
The clock starts when your completed kickoff questionnaire reaches us, not when you pay. We say this on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email, because it is the single most common misunderstanding. The questionnaire takes about five minutes.
How it is delivered
By email, to the address you give us at checkout or on the questionnaire. Please add info@plutinos.in to your contacts so nothing lands in spam.
If a deliverable has not arrived when it should have, check your spam folder first, then email us — we will resend it the same working day.
What we need from you
- Your website address — the one thing we cannot start without.
- For a checkout or any logged-in area, test credentials and a test order path.
- Your answers to the kickoff questionnaire.
If we are waiting on any of these, the delivery window pauses until they arrive. We will tell you at the time rather than let a deadline slip quietly.
Delivery outside India
Our deliverables are digital and delivered by email, so they reach clients anywhere without additional charge or delay. Calls are scheduled to suit your time zone.
